FUNCTIONAL RANGE ASSESSMENT.

The Functional Range Assessment (FRA) is the most important 30-45-min full body joint-by-joint assessment for an athlete who wants to learn about all of their current joint deficiencies and imbalances. The main purpose and take-away from the FRA is for the athlete and all their respective coaches to understand where the athlete needs to work on STRENGTH (Active Range of Motion) and where the athlete needs to work on FLEXIBILITY (Passive Range of Motion). The FRA gives us the directions and roadmap for where to take our training. Included in the FRA will be a 4-Week Subscription to our Monthly Mobility Membership ($99 value) where you can access your assessment stats and homework videos.

Functional Range conditioning.

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is the process in which we take all notes from the FRA and order them in terms of significance. We will specifically CONDITION and train the joints for STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY based on the athlete’s sport. The FRC sessions are our most individualized approach to our Athlete Program. These sessions are on a 1-to-1 basis to address individual needs. The FRA is required before we proceed with any FRC sessions.

KINSTRETCH.

KINSTRETCH is the group training version of an FRC session. How Kinstretch classes are offered are generally based on a few factors: age, sport, common injury, common issue, and/or level of play. Example: A General Kinstretch Class would be beneficial for a hockey team, but a Hockey Goalie Specific Kinstretch Class might not be the most beneficial for the general population. Please work with The Movement Culture Team to determine the best group for you. Weight training and sport-specific strength and conditioning is part of the Kinstretch Program.
